Device Not Active

The PRODA account that is used to communicate between Paradigm and TCSI, has become deactivated and all validation attempts will be unsuccessful until you provide us with a new activation key for your PRODA account.

We have an article that contains instructions on how to generate a new activation key here - for your existing PRODA device ID, and the device details that you’ll need to use should relate to your existing Organisation ID and device name.

Rather than creating a new PRODA account or device, you’ll need to get the authorised representative for your organisation to login to the PRODA website and generate a new key for the existing PRODA device for your organisation.

Once the activation key has been generated, you need to raise a ticket and paste the text of the new key in the ticket, so that we can use it to reactivate your key for Paradigm.

Please treat this issue with the highest importance as this issue is preventing all attempts to validate data with TCSI.
