The above diagram talks about how a Base Unit record in the system is offered to the students for enrolment that would already describe the specific point in time when it's available for enrolment.

Let's take a look at the basics of a Scheduled Unit record in Paradigm.

Scheduled Unit

The record of what units are offered and how they are offered for a specific time. Key fields include start date, end date, delivery mode, and delivery location.

Paradigm Context

A Unit Enrolment record in the system requires the following records as prerequisites: Provider, Base Units, and most importantly the correct configuration of Time Periods in the system. The Base Unit will serve as the blueprint of the Scheduled Units, thus, minimising the details to be entered when it's time to schedule the unit - the most important information to add when creating Scheduled Units is the time.

More details about Scheduled Units in Paradigm can be found here.
