Conflicts Menu

This page will describe the Conflicts menu or Configuration Folder and when it will show a conflict of resources.

Overview

Allocating resources to each event will sometimes result in conflicts, e.g. two scheduled sessions have the same time and date and use the same resources room facility.

This menu section will give you the details of the conflicting resources. The number specified on the right of the configuration folder is equivalent to the number of conflicting resources you’ve created.

When creating events, conflict checking can be disabled, see Disable Conflict Checking, however, the Conflicts menu configuration folder will still count the conflict each time it is detected.
