Archive a Base Unit Record

1. Load the Base Unit record that you want to archive, see Search a Base Unit record.

2. Once the Base Unit record is loaded, go to the Unit Status field and select the Cancelled or Unconfirmed option.

NOTE:

Changing the Base Unit Record status from 'Active' to any other state renders the record inactive or archived in the system unless it is subsequently reverted to 'Active'.
