The Online Applicant Portal is the beginning of the student enrolment experience as it captures a potential studentβs first interaction with your institution. The data collection process starts with the registration of the applicant directly into Paradigm, your Student Management System (SMS).
The online portal is used to collect personal data, contact information, course preferences, and supporting documentation of an application for later processing. Paradigm supports dynamic and configurable form workflows to accommodate the varied entry requirements of each course offering within your institution.
The system will automatically notify your admission teams of the submission of a new application, which marks the start of an online workflow to verify and respond to each applicant. Successful applicants may then be sent an offer, with or without conditions, while unsuccessful applicants may be notified via email together with details on how they may improve their suitability for a future course intake.
The Paradigm online application portal offers a dynamic and scalable solution to student admission centres that eliminates manual data entry, avoids the cost and complexity of integrating with external systems, and ensures a fast turnaround of offers to new applications.
