We have documented the steps to resolve errors, issues, and questions that have occurred most frequently related to Students, Course Enrolments, Unit Enrolments, and Session Enrolments records in Paradigm. If your questions, and the error code or message are not listed in this article, please raise a support request ticket that includes the details of your inquiry.

Student Record-Related Errors | Issues

• Merge duplicate student records

• TFN in Paradigm not pushing to TCSI

• Error: Sum of Enrolled Credit Points could not be returned

• Error: Cannot calculate the Credit Points Earned for the Course Enrolment

• Error: Cannot calculate the total GPA for the Course Enrolment

• Error: Cannot unlock the Course Enrolment record

Unit Enrolments

Unit Enrolments Related Errors | Issues

• Cannot Credit Transfer a Unit from One Course A to Another Course B - A Unit Enrolment record in Course B with a TCSI Deleted status already exists

• Error: Session selection is required for one of the selected units

• Error: Could not enrol the student into the unit - no fee available

• Missing Units or not showing as enrollable in the Course Plan

• An ONLINE session is not showing/missing in the Course Plan after I click the ENROL button

• Error: Cannot enrol student unit, student already enrolled in the unit.

• Error: Could not enrol student into unit. TCSI reportable unit missing details. Check the following fields: Census Date, Unit of study year long indicator, and Dest Discipline Code.

• Error: Could not enrol student into unit. The EFTSL value is not valid for reporting via TCSI.

• Error: Could not enrol student into unit. The scheduled unit field Mode of Delivery is not valid for reporting via TCSI.

• Error: Cannot delete Unit Enrolment from TCSI, No TCSI UID.

• Error: Could not enrol student into unit no DEST Loan Fee available for this enrolment(enrolment failure). Either the Funding type is not set for the student or the DEST loan fee percentage is not set for this course.

• Error: Could not enrol student into unit Course Enrolment does have start and end dates.

• Error: Could not delete student from sessions

Course Plan Enrolment

Enrolling via the Course Plan Errors | Issues

• Missing Units or not showing as enrollable in the Course Plan

• An ONLINE session is not showing/missing in the Course Plan after I click the ENROL button

• Completed Units showing still showing as Enrolled in the Student's Course Plan
