This page will provide you with instructions on how to publish the Final Grades of Students enrolled in a Scheduled Unit

After entering the Final Grades for all the Students enrolled on a Scheduled Unit, you have the option to publish the grades right away for the students to view. However, if you want the grades to be released on a specific date, schedule a grade release date before you publish the grades. The grades will only be made available if the grade release date is today or has already passed.
Make sure that the Final Grades of all the Students enrolled in the Scheduled Unit are finalised and entered correctly, see Record Final Grades to Student Enrolled in a Scheduled Unit.
After making sure that the grades are final, under the EDIT STUDENT RESULTS section, there are two important notes that you need to consider when publishing grades:
(A) The Grade Release Date section - enter a date in this field if you want to withhold the grades from being visible to students until a specific future date, see Schedule a Grade Release Date for Students Enrolled in a Scheduled Unit workflow for more details.
(B) The PUBLISH RESULTS button - click this button if you want the grades to be published and available for the students to view immediately.
