BE ADVISED:

Resolving this error is only necessary if the change(s) being made needs to be reported to the government via the TCSI integration.

This is a Paradigm error that occurs when the course enrolment start date is set before 1st Jan 2021.

Course enrolments that meet this criteria should have been reported via HEPCAT and therefore should have received a UID as part of the TCSI data migration process.

Update the course enrolment start date to be a date that falls after 1st January 2021 before attempting to re-submit the course enrolment record via TCSI.
