Make Fields Visible

This page will provide instructions on how to make fields visible as one of the workflows when you want to change the data schema in Rapla.

Overview

Fields that are already added and were made hidden for some reasons but are still made available in your business or institution's Rapla attributes can be made visible whenever a need arise for those fields to become useful. Refer to the Workflow below for the instructions on how to make fields visible.

Workflow

1. Go to the Event Type or Resources folder on the left-side menus. Select the event type or Resources type that you want to make a field visible. Right-click on it and select the Edit option.

2. It will open the Edit window of that event type or resources type that you've selected. Check the Attributes section and look for the field name from the attributes list of the field that you want to make visible.

In the screenshot below, the Teacher field is selected and on the right side of the screen, select Main View from the Edit View field options.

3. Click the Save button after you've edited the view field of the attribute.

SUCCESS:

The field name that you have just made visible will now appear in the main view of the event type or resources type that you have selected. Refer to the sample screenshots below.
