The look and feel of your calendar space can be customised by the number of grids per hour, the white space for your start and end time, disable colours on events and resources, exceptions indicators, etc. Refer to the table below for a complete list of options available to customise your calendar space.
The space on your Main Calendar View can be customised by the following. Refer to the Rapla Main Calendar View section below for a sample screenshot of each option mentioned in the table below.
Preferences | Description |
---|---|
A. Rows per hour | the maximum number you can set for the number of rows is 12 and a minimum of 1 row |
B. Start and End time | sets the white space of the Calendar view with the Start and End time range |
C. Color | disable or only show colors on Events or Resources, or both |
D. Display exceptions in calendar | |
E. Events not matched by filter | how do you want to set to all the other events that do not match when doing Filters: Transparent or Not Visible |
F. Day 1 of the week | set the displayed Day 1 of the week. By default, it's set as Monday |
G. Days in Weekview | show how many Days in Week view. By default, it's set to show all 7 days of the week (Monday - Sunday) |
H. Minimum block width | set the Minimum block width. You can expand the block width to a maximum of 250% |
I. Exclude days | you have the option to select the days that you want excluded in the Main Calendar View |
Navigate to the Top Bar Menus. Select Edit > Options.
2. A pop-up window will appear for you to edit your preferences. Select the Calendar option. Refer to the sections above for the description of each option.
Edit the required Calendar View change and click the Save button to apply the change.
