The basics of the Conflicts menu can be found here. The conflicts are categorised by each resource where the conflict happens. Depending on how your Rapla is configured and the type of resources you have in your business or institution, conflicts are grouped into Facility, Equipment, and Staff. Note that the specific category folder will only appear if there is a conflict that will be detected in that particular type, if not, it won't appear in the Conflicts folder.
1. To resolve the conflict, click the➕ sign beside the Conflicts folder to expand, and expand the resource type that you want to resolve. A list of all the specific resources in conflict will be shown. If you will expand each resource, you will see further all the events that are causing the conflict.
INFO:
If there are two or more events created that result in a conflict of the resource, it will give you the number of events affected. Clicking the➕ sign will give you the details of all the events.
Click the event, the main calendar view will highlight that specific event that has the conflict.
2. Right-click on the highlighted event, and click Edit. This will open the edit window of the event. Go to the Allocations section and edit the necessary resource that's causing the conflict, see Allocate Resources.
3. Allocate the resources to the available resources from the left. Seeing a green mark on each allocated resource on the right assures you that the event is now free from resource conflict. Click the Save button once each resource on the right is marked as green.
4. Repeat this process for all the other resources with conflict.
