By default, the Dashboard menu is considered the landing page or main page of your site once you're logged in, but this can be configured based on your preferences, e.g. making the Student Search screen the landing page.
For quick access, the Dashboard menu can include the following sections:
ACTION LIST - links to important functions to access in the system depending on the user's permission level
REPORT BUILDER REPORTS - access to saved reports
REQUEST LIST - requests created by the logged-in user/account
INTEGRATION ALERTS - system-integrations important notifications, e.g. SMS Account Balance
COMMUNICATION EVENT LIST - communications/emails that the user has created or has access to view
Throughout your use of Paradigm, it's important to be aware of two major sections on this page that are particularly useful:
Side Menus - The menus listed are specific to the record you are working with. It's worth noting that FULL ADMIN users can configure these menus.
Top Bar Menus - For now, it's worth focusing on three menus in this section:
