All the notifications displayed on this screen are responses received from TCSI.
Navigate to TCSI Reporting > Notifications.
Enter your search criteria.
Click the SEARCH button.
To expand the details of each notification item, click the PLUS sign of the ID.
If you want to assign a notification to one of your Contacts/Staff, expand the item and click the CREATE CUSTOMER REQUEST button.
To mark the notifications as READ, select them, and click the MARK AS READ button.
Note that the Contacts in the list are those assigned to a "TCSI Error Resolver" role, see .
