Get TCSI Loan Balance

To access the student's available loan balance, kindly follow the instructions provided below:

Workflow

1. Load the student record, see Search for a Student record.

2. Navigate to Student > Student Details > Edit Details menus on the side.

3. In the STUDENT DETAILS section, click on the TCSI GET BALANCE button. This action will display the student's available remaining balance in the TCSI Loan Balance field.

CUSTOMISATION TIP FOR FULL ADMIN USERS:

The TCSI Loan Balance is a field label that can be edited with this LabelId: student_destLoanBalance and as a form field that can be hidden with this FormFieldId: student_destLoanBalance.

1. Navigate to the Student > Summary screen. Just above the ACTIONS button under the STUDENT DETAILS section, you can see the TCSI Loan Balance field.

NOTE:

The format displayed in the Summary screen for the TCSI Loan Balance field is the Student's Available Remaining Balance / Allocated Total Loan granted to the student.

WARNING:

The system will generate a warning if the Student Remaining Loan Balance falls below 20%. The amount will be displayed in red, and an information icon will indicate the warning message.
