Load the Base Course record, see .
Enter the Course on-campus packet in the following order:
BE ADVISED:
Create a new Campus File for each location/course combination. The Campus File requires all three sections (Campus, Course Fee Code, and TAC Offer Code) to be added to produce a complete campus file required by the government.
Choose Courses > Edit Details > Campus menus on the side to get to the add campus file section, or scroll down the page and look for the CAMPUS WHERE COURSE IS TAUGHT section. In the Add the following campus where the course is taught field, select the campus location and then click the ADD CAMPUS button.
Click the SAVE CAMPUS button to save the details.
After saving the campus details above, the next section to fill out is the COURSE FEES CODE. Click the NEW CAMPUS COURSE FEES CODE button.
Click the SAVE DETAILS button to save the details.
After saving the campus course fee code details above, the next section to add is the TAC Offer code. TCSI requires this code if applications for the course are handled by a TAC. Click the NEW TAC OFFER CODE.
Click the SAVE DETAILS button to save the details.
After clicking the ADD CAMPUS button, a new page form to add all the required information in adding a campus file will be loaded. Refer to the record type for a guide in filling out the fields.
Fill out the required and applicable fields. if you want to learn more about each field. Alternatively, click the (information or i) icon beside each field that you want to know more about. The fields are also described in the table under the Record Types page - .
Select the correct option as defined in the TCSI TAC offer code page. Refer to the Record Types page - for a description of the other fields.
