Search a Base Course record

This page will guide you on how to search for a Base Course record in Paradigm.

1. Navigate to Courses > Search menus on the side.

2. Enter any of these criteria: Course ID, Course Name, Course Level, or Course Status.

NOTE:

For a course that is currently active, please ensure that the Course Status is set to "Active." If the course is no longer current, modify the Course Status to "Archived."

1. Click the SEARCH COURSE button. This will return a list of courses that meet your searched criteria.

   • If you click the search button with only the default "Active" status selected, it will display all active base course records in the system.

   • If you can't find the course you're looking for in the list, you can make it easier by typing part of the course name in the Filter Box. This will narrow down the results.

1. When you see the course you want to view, just click on the blue Course ID link. This will take you to the course details page.
