Archive a Base Course Record

1. Load the Base Course record to archive, see Search a Base Course record.

2. With the Base Course record loaded, under the EDIT COURSE DETAILS section, go to the Course Status field and set it to Archived.

NOTE:

Changing the Base Course Record status from 'Active' to any other state renders the record inactive or archived in the system unless it is subsequently reverted to 'Active'.
