Import Unit Enrolments Grades
The animated workflow displayed below provides step-by-step instructions on how to import students' Unit Enrolment Grades using the Import Wizard menu in Paradigm. Additionally, you can download the attached sample CSV file and use it as a reference for formatting.
The file contains the required fields to import a Unit Enrolment grade in the system. Refer to the Unit Enrolment Record page for the description of fields and when you should add them to a Unit Enrolment grade in the system. WARNING:
If you utilise GPA calculation within Paradigm, please ensure that the GPA is added to your bulk import. The system will only automatically add the GPA for unit results that have been manually entered and saved onto a Unit Enrolment record.
You may also consider including the E355 code or setting the Unit Enrolment Status as 'Completed' during your import if your goal is to finalise the Unit Enrolment Status along with adding grades. It's important to note that students can access grades via the Student Portal only for Unit Enrolments that have been finalised or marked as completed.
