Sending Email Error: Could not send email, sender email address not found
The error appears when trying to send communication events in Paradigm.
Check the From field of the email or the sender entry.
Check if the selected Provider or Contact in the From field has the role of "Communication Sender" if a Provider ( see Assign Roles to a Provider Record) or the role of "Communication event recipient" if a Contact (see Assign Roles to a Contact).
Add the role accordingly if missing. Also, check if the record has an email address.
Try to send the email again, if it is still not sending, raise a support ticket.
