Issue: Reports/Documents in the Communication Events are not Attaching

This happens when trying to send communications with attachments - using the existing Letter Reports in Paradigm.

Resolution

Raise a HelpDesk ticket so we can further investigate the issue. Specify in your ticket the exact name of the report/attachment/document that you are having an issue attaching.
