Edit a Course Enrolment record

This page will provide you with instructions on how to edit a Course Enrolment record in Paradigm

Overview

Editing a Course Enrolment record should be done with care as saving the record will have implications for other related records especially if the change that you make is reportable to the government. Assess first the implications before making any changes. Please feel free to contact our Support Team if you have questions.

Workflow

1. Load the Course Enrolment record that you want to edit, see Load a Course Enrolment record.

2. After loading the Course Enrolment record, go to the COURSE DETAILS section and start editing or updating the required details, refer to the Course Enrolment Record Type for a description of each field.

NOTE:

You can always check the currently loaded student and Course Enrolment in the system by checking above the Dashboard or turning on the Show Classic Records Loaded menu.

1. Click the SAVE COURSE ENROLMENT button to save your changes.
