This workflow is applicable if your institution is using [**Scheduled Programs**](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/academic-scheduling/workflows/manage-scheduled-programs.md). Enrolling students in bulk with this method can save you a lot of time as the values you have set in the Scheduled Programs will also be inherited down to the Course Enrolments records of the students in the bulk list. ## Prerequisite Records The workflow below assumes that the following records already exist in the system for it to work as intended: * Student Records - The student records you have included in the bulk list are already recorded in the system, *see* [Add a Student record](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/student-enrolments/workflows/manage-student-records/add-a-student-record.md). * Scheduled Programs - The Course or Program where you want the students to be enrolled are already added, *see* [Add a Scheduled Program](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/academic-scheduling/workflows/manage-scheduled-programs/add-a-scheduled-program.md). Note that if your Scheduled Programs have linked Units on them - enrolling students using this method will only enrol students in the Course and not on the linked Units. ## Workflow 1. Create a bulk list of students whom you want to enrol in a Scheduled Program. You can refer to the following workflows on how you can create a bulk list of Students: Ensure that the workflow selected for generating a bulk list of students includes only the **`Student Number`**` ``column`. * [Create a Bulk List via the Student Search menu](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/student-enrolments/workflows/manage-student-records/create-a-bulk-list-via-the-student-search-menu.md) * [Upload a Bulk List of Students via the **Upload Bulk List** menu](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/student-enrolments/workflows/manage-student-records/upload-a-bulk-list-of-students.md) 2. After creating or generating the bulk list of students, navigate to **Student** > **Student Details** > **Bulk Edit** menus on the side. 3. With your STUDENT BULK LIST on top of the screen, you have the option to finalise the list by removing the students whom you don't want to include in the bulk enrolment. Once the list is already final, go to the SCHEDULED PROGRAM LIST section below and click the **ADD COURSE** button against the Scheduled Program or Course Offer where you want them to enrol. {% hint style="info" %} **NOTE**: If the Scheduled Program has linked Units, the students will only be enrolled in the Course and not on the linked Units. 4. You will be prompted with the success messages of their enrolment to the Scheduled Program.
