Configuring the Applicant Portal

It all starts with the setup and configuration in Paradigm in order for the Applicant Portal to work as intended. This page will guide you through all the possible setup and configuration items that you need to action in Paradigm before you are ready to let your potential students begin their application or enrolment journey. Although some of the setup and configurations require our intervention at first (onboarding) by setting all the base requirements, and then the settings that are specified as your default configurations for your institution, it is still important to note that as an Administrator of Paradigm, you will need to know all of the following setup and configurations items for future reference, including when you are doing system maintenance for your next enrolment period.

NOTE:
All maintenance and settings are subject to each business or institution’s requirements and specifications. Once your Applicant Portal has been set up with default settings during the onboarding process, and as soon as you avail your institution of this Paradigm feature, you will need to maintain the Time Period Configurations that are related to the scheduled course or the enrolment period, and the Course Outline if you intend to allow enrolments via the Student Course Plan menu.
Click each of the sections below for more details on which areas in Paradigm you need to set up or configure for the Online Applicant Portal to function as you intend. Note that the following are just some of the basic administration settings and configurations that you can perform in Paradigm for future reference, it does not consist of the totality of the setup.
