Single Subject Courses [Non-TCSI Reportable] Offering

If your course offerings necessitate automatic admission to a corresponding Scheduled Unit or Subject, you can provide applicants with the option to include this during the application process. On the Applicant Course Details page, after selecting their desired course, applicants will be presented with a list of available Scheduled Units or Subjects for them to choose from and apply for.
BE ADVISED:
This functionality is exclusively applicable to single-subject courses that are non-TCSI reportable, and it should never be implemented for accredited courses.

The form field edu_scheduled_program_applicationShowScheduledUnit
must be enabled for your site, see Edit Form Fields.
This feature can be implemented under the following conditions within your Scheduled Program, see Creating Scheduled Programs:
There must be at least one associated or linked Scheduled Unit connected to the Scheduled Program. For guidance on linking Scheduled Units, please refer to 'Link Scheduled Units to a Scheduled Program.'
In the 'Other Details' section of the Scheduled Program, the 'Select subject' field must be configured to 'YES.'"
Once you have successfully configured the settings as described above, when an applicant applies for the single subject course you are offering, they will be presented with the option to choose from the available Scheduled Units. It's important to note that the applicant can select only ONE Scheduled Unit or Subject from the list.
