If your institution offers courses across multiple campuses and you wish for applicants to select courses based on their preferred campus, simply enable this feature in your Online Applicant Portal. This will allow for the display of course selection options along with their respective campuses.
For guidance on activating this feature in your Online Applicant Portal, please refer to the following information:
The form field edu_scheduled_program_homeInstitutionPartyId
must be enabled for your site, see Edit Form Fields.
It is expected that each campus within your institution, where courses are offered, has already been added as a new provider record in the system. In Paradigm, each campus corresponds to a single provider record, see Add a New Campus Provider Record.
Scheduled Programs are established with the Home Institution appropriately designated. If a course is to be offered at two campuses, two separate scheduled programs should be created in Paradigm, with each representing the specific campus where the course is offered, see Creating Scheduled Programs.
After successfully configuring the settings as outlined above, applicants applying for courses offered across multiple campuses will be presented with the option to select from available courses and indicate the institution where each course is being offered.
