How do I open or close a single Scheduled Course?

There are two fields that dictate the opening and closing of a scheduled course on the Online Applicant Portal: the Allow Online Application field and the Course Status field.

1. Refer to this knowledge article: Add New Course Offer for more details on how to Add a Scheduled Course in Paradigm.

2. Click Courses > Edit Scheduled Course from the side menu, and search for the Scheduled Course that you intend to open or close the offering.

3. Click the EDIT button or the (pencil icon) to edit

1. Edit the two fields below:

A. Status – Set the status to Active if the intention is to offer or schedule the course.

B. Allow Online Application – Select Yes if this Course will allow online application enrolment, else, select No.

To open a scheduled course for applications/enrolments, the Status field must set to Active and the Allow Online Application field must set to Yes.

1. Click the SAVE DETAILS button to save your changes.
