# Step 7 - \[Optional] Online Payment of Fees

## Overview <a href="#overview" id="overview"></a>

After enrolling in all the allowable scheduled units via the Course Plan menu, a student has the option to make a payment online using the **Make Payment** menu on the Student Portal. This feature is available if the student course enrolment funding type is set as “UPFRONT FEES” (**Edit Course Enrolment** > COURSE DETAILS: **Funding Type**).

## Workflow <a href="#workflow" id="workflow"></a>

**1. , 2.** In the Student Portal, go to **Student** > **Make Payment** menus on the side.

**3.** Scroll down and look for the **PAYMENT DETAILS** section, select the payment type, and enter all the required payment details.

**4.** Click the **PROCESS PAYMENT** button.
