The occurrence of this message indicates that your USI credentials have expired. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
Log in to the USI server and generate a new activation key specifically for us. It is important to note that this activation key is distinct from the PRODA key. These systems are separate, each with its own set of files and passwords. Further details are in our article USI Configuration.
Share the newly generated activation key with us by attaching it to the raised ticket.
Additionally, we require the corresponding password associated with the activation key. You can provide it to us via the designated Slack channel or call us for security purposes - so that both parts of the security mechanism are not transmitted via the same medium or in the same place.
Once we receive the password, we will use it to configure our USI system. We will then ensure that the password is promptly removed from the Slack channel.
By following these steps and providing the necessary information, we can swiftly address the expired USI credentials and restore functionality to your account.
