Completed Units showing still showing as Enrolled in the Student's Course Plan

Issue

The Student has completed a Unit but the Unit is still showing as Currently Enrolled in the Student's Course Plan view.

Resolution

1. Load the Unit Enrolment record, as an Admin of Paradigm and make sure that the following fields are set:

   • Enrolment Status* - make sure that this is set to "Completed"

   • Grade Description - make sure that this field is set to the student's grade for the unit

   • Published Grade* - make sure that this field is also set accordingly - as the grade that you want the student to see on their end.

   • Final Mark - set this field as necessary and as required (institution-specific)

The field names with the * are the triggers of the display of the units in the Student's Course Plan view.
