Error: No eCAF enrolment found for this student

Issue

The error appears when trying to fetch the Student's eCAF status. The error message "No eCAF enrolment found for this student" may indicate that the eCAF application was submitted from a source other than Paradigm, or it was submitted from Paradigm but was cancelled or unlinked, resulting in the system no longer recognising the student's eCAF enrolment.

Resolution

  1. Check the eCAF website to confirm whether the student has submitted their eCAF and that the status is marked as 'Student Submitted'. If the student has not yet submitted their eCAF, please refer to the appropriate Student eCAF workflows based on their individual circumstances.

  2. After verifying that the student has submitted their eCAF, please make note of the Remote ID and include it in the support ticket raised for the Silverband Support Team. This information is necessary to ensure that we can accurately update the corresponding record in Paradigm.
