Please check the list of acceptable codes and report the correct Highest Educational Attainment Code Parent 1 (E573) for the student.

Error Logic

If the Highest Education Parent 1 (E573) is not blank (null), then the Highest Educational Attainment Code Parent 1 (E573) must match to a current value in the RefEducationParent table on the reporting date.

Paradigm Error Resolution

The contents of the Highest Educational Attainment of a Parent contains an invalid option.

Update the field on the TCSI Student Edit screen prior to attempting to report the student again. The most likely cause of this is an attempt to use historical options that were valid under HEPCAT reporting that were retired as part of the migration to TCSI.

The Paradigm User Interface will flag this to the user when they trigger a Validate Values check.

To edit the Highest Educational Attainment of a Parent (E573)), load the STUDENT TCSI EDIT screen, go to the STUDENT DETAILS Form section, scroll down and look for the fields in the screenshot below under Semester/Term/Current Address Details.
