Invoicing Error: Could Not Create Invoice due to missing partyId

Issue

An error occurred while attempting to create the invoice:

If a student has two or more Course Enrolment records with no enrolment status as "Enrolled," once the student is loaded, the system will not load a Course Enrolment record unless it is triggered.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the Accounting > Summary menus on the side and go to the COURSE ENROLMENTS section.

2. Click the Select button to load the Course Enrolment record where you want to apply the invoice.

3. This will now load the Course Enrolment record of the student. You can now proceed to creating the invoice
