Grant Credit Points to a Course Enrolment without Unit Enrolments

Overview

For cases when you are granting credit points to a student without necessarily adding Unit Enrolment records, you can do it via the Credit Points Granted field under the Student Course Enrolment record. Note that the credit points value that you will add here contributes to the total calculation of the Student Academic Summary record.

Workflow

1. Load the Student's Course Enrolment record where you want to grant the Credit Points, see Load a Course Enrolment record.

2. With the Student's Course Enrolment record loaded in the system, make sure that you are under the Student > Course Enrolment > Course screen and scroll to the COURSE DETAILS section.

3. Enter the number of credit points granted under the Credit Points Granted field. Optionally, you can enter a reason for the grant.

4. Click the SAVE COURSE ENROLMENT button to apply your change.
