Step 4 - Run the Import Profile

This page contains instructions on the last step of using an existing Import Profile using the Import Wizard

1. After checking the external and Paradigm values from Step 3, the EXISTING RECORD SEARCH section is displayed using the same structure or condition of the primary fields or keys of the selected import profile.

WARNING:

DO NOT CHANGE the EXISTING RECORD SEARCH section, especially for Import Profile created by Silverband unless otherwise required and authorised.

2. In the options below the DATA MAPPING section, it selected the same option as when the Import Profile was saved. Refer to the description for each option available in this section from the workflow: Step 5 - Save Import and Process Files.

Click the PROCESS FILES button to start importing.

You will now see the progress and results of the import.
