# TCSI Error Code - 10978

### The Course on Campus Effective To Date ([E610](https://www.tcsisupport.gov.au/element/610)) is after the Course Effective To Date ([E610](https://www.tcsisupport.gov.au/element/610)). <a href="#the-course-on-campus-effective-to-date-e610-is-after-the-course-effective-to-date-e610-." id="the-course-on-campus-effective-to-date-e610-is-after-the-course-effective-to-date-e610-."></a>

## TCSI Error Description <a href="#tcsi-error-description" id="tcsi-error-description"></a>

Please check the Course on Campus Effective To Date (E610). This date must be on or before the Course Effective To Date (E610).

> **Error Logic**
>
> If the Course on Campus Effective To Date (E610) is not blank (null), then the Course on Campus Effective To Date (E610) must be before or on the Course Effective To Date (E610) for the related Course Resource Key (UID5).

## Paradigm Error Resolution <a href="#paradigm-error-resolution" id="paradigm-error-resolution"></a>

When the course is to remain as ongoing, you should remove the **Accreditation Date Due** field value.

Our advice is that you only enter a date in the **Accreditation Date Due** field on the base course screen when you are closing out a course in TCSI.

Also on the base Course screen, the **TCSI Accreditation Date Due** field does not always correspond with the **TEQSA Accreditation Due Date** field. These fields may contain different date values.

Once you have removed the Accreditation Date Due field value from the base course, you should then remove the Course on Campus field Effective To Date (E610) value to make it blank.

You should only have to create a new course on campus fee record, as the fee changes, giving the new record a From Date that represents when the new fee becomes effective.

Confirm that either:

* there is no value entered in the field Course Campus End Date, or
* if there is a value, that the date is after all enrolments have been completed so that the course is still active at the time of the end of the final course enrolment in that course.

**Courses** > **Edit Details** > **EDIT COURSE DETAILS** > **Accreditation Date Due**
