Disable 2FA Login

By default, all users 2FA login is enabled after we set up your site for 2FA. However, if you want to exclude specific users from using 2FA, you can disable it in Paradigm by following the instructions below:

per [Individual] User Account

  1. Load the User or Account record in Paradigm, and navigate to the login screen:

  2. On the login screen, go to the TWO FACTOR LOGIN section and click the DISABLE button.

  1. Confirm your action to keep the account disabled for 2FA.

Disable 2FA Logins in Bulk

For situations where you need to exclude a large number of users from using 2FA login, please raise a ticket and provide a CSV file containing the following headings:

  • User Login Id

  • 2FA Enabled: Y / N
