# Issue: When uploading Student Files - nothing happens

This happens when trying to attach or upload a Student File in Paradigm.

## Resolution

This issue has something to do with attaching a large file that is higher compared to the default allowable file size for your site. [Raise a HelpDesk ticket](https://silverband.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals) so we can further investigate the issue and modify the maximum allowed file size on your site accordingly.
