Error: Cannot unlock the Course Enrolment record
This error occurs when trying to edit a Student Course Enrolment record.
Resolution
The system thinks that the record is no longer loaded, reload the Course Enrolment and try again. To keep editing a Student Course Enrolment record, the record has to be loaded in the system, see Load a Course Enrolment record.
To check if there is a Course Enrolment loaded in the system, you can use the Show Classic Record Loaded menu on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Alternatively, you can check above the Dashboard menu.
