# Bulk Session Enrol

## Overview

When enrolling students in Scheduled Units, this workflow is particularly useful for administrators handling bulk enrollments. It streamlines the process of enrolling students in Scheduled Units without the need to enrol them in individual sessions. If your business or institution also utilises [<mark style="color:blue;">sessions in your Scheduled Units</mark>](https://docs.silverband.com.au/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/academic-scheduling/workflows/manage-sessions), you can later bulk-enrol students into these sessions.

These instructions assume that students are already enrolled in the Scheduled Unit where you intend to perform bulk enrollments for sessions/classes.

## Workflow

1. Choose **Units** > **Scheduled Unit Details** > **Bulk Session Enrol** menus on the side.
2. Enter your search criteria in the SCHEDULED UNIT SEARCH section and click the **SEARCH SCHEDULED UNITS** button.

3. Once you have found the Scheduled Unit, click the **Select** button on the right

4. After selecting the Scheduled Unit, it will show you a list of students who are currently enrolled in the Scheduled Unit. Select the students whom you want to enrol in the sessions or classes.

5. After selecting the students, go to the CLASS TIMES section below and select the Sessions/Classes where you want the students selected to be enrolled.

6. Click the **ENROL IN SESSIONS** button to enrol. The selected students are now enrolled in the sessions/classes.
