Schedule a Grade Release Date for Students Enrolled in a Scheduled Unit
This page contains instructions on how to schedule the release of Final Grades of Students who are enrolled in a Scheduled Unit
Overview
After entering the Final Grades for all the Students enrolled in a Scheduled Unit, you have the option to schedule a grade release date before you make the grades available for the students to view. The grades will only be available for students to see if the grade release date is today or is in the past. If you want the grades to be published right away, refer to the next workflow.
Contact our Support Team if you want a specific time (e.g. 9:00 AM) on that day that you want the grades released instead of the system's default time.
Workflow
Make sure that the Final Grades of all the Students enrolled in the Scheduled Unit are finalised and entered correctly, see Record Final Grades to Student Enrolled in a Scheduled Unit.
After making sure that the grades are final, below the EDIT STUDENT RESULTS section set the date when you want the grades to be released or made available for the students to view under the Grade Release Date field.
Contact our Support Team if you want a specific time (e.g. 9:00 AM) on that day that you want it released instead of the system's default time.
After setting the date, click the PUBLISH RESULTS button. Note that the system will take note of that date set and will release or publish the final grades of the students enrolled in the Scheduled Unit on the date specified. The published grade will not be visible to students until the grade release date occurs.
