# Issue: Reports/Documents in the Communication Events are not Attaching

This happens when trying to send communications with attachments - using the existing Letter Reports in Paradigm.

## Resolution

[Raise a HelpDesk ticket](https://silverband.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals) so we can further investigate the issue. Specify in your ticket the exact name of the report/attachment/document that you are having an issue attaching.
