TCSI Error Code - 10828

The Country of Birth Code (E346) has been reported at the country group (two-digit) level.

TCSI Error Description

Please check the Country of Birth Code (E346). It should be reported at the country level (four digits). That is, the last two digits must not be '00'.

Error Logic

If the Country of Birth Code (E346) is not blank (null), then the last 2 characters of the Country of Birth Code (E346) must not be '00'.

Paradigm Error Resolution

This error occurs when the student has been reported with a country of birth that reflects a geographic region or group of countries, rather than a specific country. For example, reporting the student as being born in the United Kingdom will result in this error.

The submitted E346 value can be viewed via the Student TCSI Edit screen:

Student > Course Enrolment > Student TCSI Edit, under the STUDENT DETAILS section, look for the In what country were you born field (as shown in the screenshot below).

To edit the Citizenship field:

1. Navigate to Student > Student Details > Edit Details menu.

2. In the PERSONAL DETAILS section, edit the Citizenship field accordingly.
