Error: Cannot calculate the total GPA for the Course Enrolment

This error occurs during Entering Results.

Resolution

A Unit Enrolment has a GPA field which is not a valid number. Revise the unit enrolments and ensure all the GPA values are correct. This may also require that the GPA values in the Grades Table are correct.

To check each Unit Enrolment's GPA, edit the Unit Enrolment record, check the Academic Outcomes section and check if the GPA field has the correct value.

If the field is not showing the correct value or not showing any value at all, review your grade items structure via the System > Search Grade Type menu. Make sure that the UNIT_GRADE type items are set to the correct Grade Points equivalent. Refer to the Grade Schema knowledge article for more details.
