Hide Code Items from a Code Type
Navigate to System > Search Code Type menu.
Please input the Code Type Id for the Code Item you wish to hide. If you don't have the exact Code Type Id, you can enter a keyword. Please ensure that you select the correct Code Type Id. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to our Support Team for assistance in locating the appropriate Code Type Id of the code items to hide.
Go to the 'ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH CODE TYPE' section. You have two options for hiding items:
(A) Click the Eye icon under the 'Visible' column for the item you wish to hide. It will instantly hide without saving.
(B) Click (1) 'EDIT' next to the item you want to hide, which will open the 'CODE ITEM DETAILS' section below. (2) Set 'Visible' to 'Hidden' and (3) click 'SAVE CODE ITEM' to save your changes."
The Code Items will now be hidden within the dropdown list linked to the Code Type ID in the system.
