Create a New Email Template

This page contains instructions on how to create a new email template in Paradigm.

Overview

As a Provider, you have the option to create or add data resources in Paradigm, e.g. email templates, should the need arise. These templates can be added with dynamic data or merge fields that we make available for you to use in creating the content. This article provides a workflow on how to add a new email template, along with a template example.

Available Email Merge Fields

BE ADVISED:

We have no plan for adding any new email merge fields at this time. More complex use cases should be handled by using the Paradigm reporting engine to generate and attach a file to the email communication event.
