# Delete Unit Enrolment records in Paradigm and TCSI

This page will provide you with instructions on how to delete unit enrolment records both in Paradigm and TCSI

**BE ADVISED**:

Before proceeding with the instructions below, please ensure that the unit enrolments have not been invoiced and no grades have been published. It is also important to be aware of the implications of deleting units, as the record will be permanently removed from both TCSI and Paradigm upon clicking the Delete Unit Enrolment button.

## Workflows <a href="#how-to-delete-unit-enrolment-records-in-paradigm-and-tcsi" id="how-to-delete-unit-enrolment-records-in-paradigm-and-tcsi"></a>

There are different ways you can delete unit enrolments in Paradigm:

### **(**<mark style="color:green;">**1**</mark>**)** Per Unit Enrolment Record <a href="#a.-per-unit-enrolment-record" id="a.-per-unit-enrolment-record"></a>

1. Load the Student's Summary screen, *see* [Search a Student record](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/student-enrolments/workflows/manage-student-records/search-a-student-record.md).
2. Go to the UNIT ENROLMENTS section, click the **ACTIONS** button against the unit enrolment that you want to delete, and select the **Edit Unit Enrolment** option.

3\. With the Unit Enrolment page loaded, click the **DELETE UNIT ENROLMENT** button. Again, clicking this button will remove the record from both TCSI and Paradigm.

Click **OK** to confirm your action.

The unit enrolment record has now been removed from both TCSI and Paradigm.

1. Load the Student's Summary screen, *see* [Search a Student record](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/student-enrolments/workflows/manage-student-records/search-a-student-record.md).
2. Choose **Student** > **Course Enrolment** > **Units** menus on the side.

Click **OK** to confirm your action.

### **(**<mark style="color:green;">**3**</mark>**)** via the **Select Action to perform on Units** menu <a href="#a.-per-unit-enrolment-record" id="a.-per-unit-enrolment-record"></a>

1. Load the Student's Summary screen, *see* [Search a Student record](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/student-enrolments/workflows/manage-student-records/search-a-student-record.md).
2. Choose **Student** > **Course Enrolment** > **Units** menus on the side.

3\. After selecting all the units that you want to delete, go to the **Select Action to perform on Units** menu below and select the **Delete selected units** option, and click **SUBMIT**

Click **YES** to confirm your action.
