TCSI Validation Errors

Overview

We have documented the steps to resolve the errors that have occurred most frequently. If you have tried to resolve a validation error and you are unable to resolve it on your own, and the error code or message is not listed in this article, please raise a support request ticket that includes the details of the data and the error code, and we will endeavour to include the resolution steps in this article.

To search for the Error Code or Message press CMD + K on Mac or Ctrl + K on Windows to open the Search Window, use the Search menu on the upper-right corner of the page, or manually scroll through the errors under the TCSI Validation FAQs group on the left. Refer to the demo video on how to search for error codes and messages.
