# Print statement of fees per semester

This page will provide you with the workflow on how to print the statement of fees per semester instead of a whole year.

## Workflow

1. Load the Student Summary page, and click the **ACTIONS** button and choose the **Preview Statement of Fees** or the **Preview Proforma Invoice** option.
2. You can restrict the content of the statement of fees by choosing any of the fields that suit your purpose on the parameters screen: Heims Census Date, Unit Enrolment Start Date, Unit Enrolment End Date.

Note that when you click the actions button, the currently loaded student will have their internal Paradigm Id populated in that field on the parameters screen.
