Add Additional Fees to a Course Fee Plan

Overview

Aside from the planned course fees that you have set for the student's Course Enrolment record, see Create a Course Fee Plan Paradigm allows you to add additional fees on top of the Course Fee Amount that you have set. The additional fees are defined as Other Unit Type, see Add Other Unit Type.

Workflow

  1. With the Student's Course Enrolment record loaded, choose the Student > Course Enrolment > Units Edit menus on the side.

  2. Go to the QUICK ADD COURSE FEES section and click the SEARCH COURSE FEES button.

  1. Select the other fee items that you want to add and click the ADD COURSE FEES button.

  1. In the FEE UNITS ENROLLED BY STUDENT section, edit the amount of the additional items that you have added and click the SAVE ENROLMENTS button.
