Edit Base Assessments

This page will provide you with instructions on how to edit existing Base Assessment records in Paradigm.

WARNING:

• When editing or updating base assessments, any changes made will not filter down to any scheduled units previously created. Any historical scheduled units will not be affected nor updated by any changes to the base unit.

• The changes you will make will only apply to the scheduled units using the assessments that you just edited that are scheduled after you've made the changes.

1. Load the Base Unit record that contains the assessments you want to edit, see Search a Base Unit record.

2. Once the Base Unit record is loaded, scroll down to the ASSESSMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH UNIT section. Select the EDIT button against the assessment that you want to edit.

3. Edit or update the required fields, review the changes made, and click the SAVE ASSESSMENT button to update the record.
